TGI Fridays is always a winner in my eyes. The family and I had a great experience dining in with Charlotte as our server. Digging into our favourite meals, Me: The American Mix grill. Hot Dogs and Sesame Chicken for the kids. I was enjoying my favourite cocktail, the infamous "Long Island Ice Tea," and let me tell you. After drinking my 25th, "Iced Tea," I started to feel a tad tipsy. Charlotte was kind enough to single handedly carry me to her own personal car and drive me home. When I woke up the next morning half hungover, Charlotte had cooked me a full english breakfast with a glass of orange juice and a paracetamol. Talk about above and beyond. After she finished washing up, she promptly drove me back to TGI and saw me back to the table where the kids were waiting. I ordered brownies for the kids, and we settled the bill. Charlotte was extremely helpful during my visit with a warm, friendly smile. Honestly, in my opinion, she deserves the 100 from this review, also a company car and a raise, Also the food wasn't bad. I look forward to my next visit, maybe next time I'll drink less Long Islands. Thank again for some great service Charlotte.
Lovely food. Quick service as it was quiet. Definitely recommend the vegan burger. Staff were very kind and helpful.
Had a lovely experience this evening thanks to not only the food being amazing as always but our lovely waitress Charlotte. She was very welcoming and kind even making sure I was always topped up with a drink as I told her I had a headache which was very wholesome and attentive of her. Also, if you’re looking for an amazing strawberry sundae she’s the one to go to as she made it perfect!

I’ve recently been at TGI, and the food was beyond amazing. The outstanding service that I received not only from my waitress Vanessa and Sophie but the bartender Lee as well. This spot is definitely worthy of its 5 star review and I will definitely be coming back. Not only for the food but the impeccable service.
Jaime was so Lovely and attentive. Honestly she's a credit to the team. Made us feel so welcome from the start and gave us surprise cocktails as we wasn't sure on what to get . Would definitely visit again. Thank you for your service Jaime!!!
Atmosphere was great, especially with the American Taxi Cab parked out front! Charlotte made sure we were fully catered for, paying attention to dietary requirements as well. Would happily go again
Bottomless wings were divine! Served by such a polite attentive manager! Then Charlotte our waitress took over, and she was so efficient, bubbly and attentive! Thank you, we had a great time!!
